You know that you need an article marketing strategy and you do not know where to begin. But it is not as

tough as you think The most important part of any article marketing strategy is that you do it |in the first

place. So many people know that they {need to|should} be doing article marketing, but something else

always seem to be the fir|st priority.

The second most important thing about your article marketing strategy ( besides just doing it at all ) it to be

sure that you do it well. So many people go through all the trouble of putting together a great article

marketing strategy, planning all thedifferent directories that they are going to submit to and how often they are

going to submit, and so on and so on . And then, when they really submit their articles, they are too short,

poorly written, and full of spelling and grammar errors.

By not taking care to put well-written content in your articles, and then checking them to be certainthat they

are freed from spelling and grammar errors, you’ve just wasted all the time that you spent putting together

your article marketing strategy. If your article is bad, it will no get approved, and your article marketing

strategy has failed before it actually had an opportunity to get off the ground.

Once you have got solid content in your articles then you can start to focus on the logistics of your article

marketing strategy. And actually, the best strategy}, if you are just starting out is to find someone who is able

to say what theyare doing and has found ways ( and built tools ) to make executing your article marketing

strategy much easier and easier to do for you.

So, now you have {excellent|great|good} content for your article, you have ound the way to get your articles

out there that is faster than having to do it all manually . Now, you are ready for your article marketing

strategy : get articles out there. Actually. There are numerous article directories that you can submit your

articles to ; one of the most importan is Ezine Articles. You’ll have specific niche directories that you are

going to |want to submit your articles to ; it will depend on the nature of what you wan to promote

So now you know the two things you want to get startedwith a basic article marketing strategy – write good

quality articles and submit them frequently For more detailed article marketing strategies to help you with

your particular goals, you need to find a trusted source that can lead you in the right direction| and provide

you with the tools that you need to execute it.

Jobless Man Jump from apartment.

Read on the newspaper,

“A jobless Taiwanese man went to his wife for money, his wife refused to give him the money. So he threaten to jump from her apartment. She ignored him thinking that he just complaining out of frustration. The man jumped and killed himself.

It was reported that the man was jobless for a year and consistently asking for money from his wife who is from a well to do family.” A victim of circumstances – world financial crisis and many unemployed put it, or simple lack of motivation to do something for a decent income.

Jobless, What Do do Next?

It is over a year now since the financial crisis started from US. Many people find it hard to find the ideal job they wanted. Competition for a job is fierce as many more people have been lay off. It is said that we will only see the recovery in second half of 2010. Well there is still a long way to go considering that there is still lot of uncertainty ahead. How many cans of worm still not uncovered yet?

I quite like the banner I found from an affiliate marketing site.

With the advancement of technology and internet, there are many opportunities available on the internet, I means legitimate opportunities and not the get rich quick scheme, although I consider many of the affiliate programs, Online MLM or networking marketing falling under this ecategory, many but not all.

Freelance Job

Due to the financial crisis, many companies are finding way to cut cost and looking for cheaper labor elsewhere, this has given rise to many outsourcing and freelance job. If you have some special skill like

Writing Skill – Story, Article, Blog, ebook etc

Accounting and Finance Skill

Computer skill- Web Design, Programming,

Language Translation Skill

Marketing and Sales Skill – Writing Business Plan Etc

You can actually Googling for such a work. One of the Freelance Provider site that is around for many years and has provided many Freelancers so extra and even some full time income, depend on your effort.

Click The banner to find out more.

You want a definitive guide to AdWords? There are plenty to be found on the internet, I’m sure, and each one will tell you that they’re better than the last. And while they all (or most of them, anyway) all provide useful information to get you started using AdWords, what exactly is the definitive guide to AdWords?

Well, that depends on what you need it for. Because the definitive guide to AdWords is going to look very different to someone who is just starting out with PPC advertising than for someone who is already adept at using AdWords and other PPC marketing vehicles, but wants to take it to the next level. So beware of anything that claims to be the definitive guide to AdWords for everyone.

The first place you should look for a definitive guide to AdWords is on their site itself, if you’re just starting out. They really do have a lot of information about how the program works, what it does, and how you should go about it. Of course, you can’t just stop there, but you do need to start there. You can’t possibly expect to be successful with AdWords unless you know exactly how it works.

Once you know how AdWords works, or you already knew, then you do need to find that definitive guide to AdWords. You need something that goes beyond telling you how AdWords works to telling you how you should be using AdWords in order to make you money. Again, depending on the size of your campaigns and your goals, you may need a different guide than the next AdWords user.

In fact, you might not need a guide at all. What if, instead of a definitive guide to AdWords, you had something more than just that. And before you ask how you can get more helpful than ‘definitive’ the answer is that it’s not a guide. Instead, what if you had the resources, support and tools you needed in order to both learn all you needed to about AdWords, and also about how to best use it to achieve your business goals, no matter what they were. Well, then that would be valuable indeed, and probably surpass any ‘guide’ you could buy in usefulness very quickly. An added benefit to finding that resource instead of a guide is that a resource that is used and supported by many will always have the most up-to-date information, while a guide, no matter how definitive it was when it was written, may quickly be out-of-date.

Peter Lynch once said, “Before you do invest anything in stocks, you ought to consider buying a house, since a house, after all, is the one good investment that almost anyone manages to makes.”There is no doubt about that statement made by Peter Lynch, as buying a house for their children and loved one is every person’s dream. For most people, the first and probably only property investment has become their biggest investment and it carries a huge responsibility which includes their obligation to service their mortgage, paying taxes and maintaining their property. One of their many challenges is to protect them from suffering of financial losses due to unforeseen circumstances such as fire damages, naturally disaster and many other perils that could happen without any warning.

Purchasing an adequate insurance coverage for their property is thus of utmost important. Many new house buyers have face the problem of deciding how much is enough to cover for their property. Insuring too high, will be a waste of premium as insurance company would not pay anything higher than its actual cost. Insurance too low, will run the risk of being under insured whereby they would have to bare the proportionate cost of repairs and reinstatement of the property to it pre-damage condition.

One of the simplest ways is to follow the Property valuation report, most properties if mortgage to the bank will require a property valuation report unless the property is totally new. In every property valuation report, there are always 3 values of the property stated apart from the purchase price of the property;

The Market Value of the property

The Force Sales value of the property

The Insurable value of the property.

More often than not, the insurable value of the property is between the market value and the force sales value. This insurable value represents the amount of cost that the property will need to rebuild in the even of a total loss after an insured peril.

Most property owners including some mortgage officers always confuse with the purchase price and insurable value, they often take the purchase price or market value as the sum insured of the property when arranging for the insurance. While this is a common practice, the owner is paying extra premium unnecessarily.

A more accurate way is to ask this question, “If my property is totally destroy, how much money I will need to rebuild it to the same condition before the loss?” And the rebuilding cost will generally exclude the land, drainage and sewage and foundation which seldom destroy after the insured perils, unless of course the damage is caused by a catastrophic earthquake.

I have an interesting conversation with a friend over lunch today, and he told me that he wanted to build a website to boost hos business and help his potential customers to know more about Financial Planning. Well, a very Noble ideas . What matter is, every time when some one told me that he or she wanted to build a website for their business, it sure turns me on.

My question to them is always,

1. How do you proposed to build it?

Then follow by

2. How do you proposed to promote or market it?

Most people will find a web designing firm to do it for them; it only naturally. Nothing wrong about that. Here is a comment given in my other business blog by Arthur

“That is so true. I’ve worked in web design myself and I know first hand that most web designers are programmers, not marketers at heart. So yes, they will make you a website, but will it sell? I’d rather have an ugly website that makes me money than a pretty one that doesn’t.”

What Arthur said is very true, most web designers are programmers, not marketers. You may have a very nicely done website with all the animation, flash and layout, but your site hardly have any visitor except those customers that you already had, who log in just to obligate as per your request. This situation is just like you start a grocery shop, except that the location of your shop is in the middle of a plantation, only those people who know and live there will pay you a visit one a while for the sundries when they need them. That’s defeat the purpose of having a website.

I personally have a few very interesting encounter with website designers, in due respect, these people produce professionally look website, if that is all you wanted, fine! But as Arthur put it in my blogpost, Your Website Need Revive! here, “…I’d rather have an ugly website that makes me money than a pretty one that doesn’t.”

Talk about promoting and marketing of website on Internet, you will sure heard about the buzz word SEO And by the way, just for some fun here, if you go to Google Page and type “Online Business Success” you will find that #6 on page 1 of Google SERP of out of 72,100,000 is www.clickabiznes.com, my very first website that I build with all the Free Tools found on the Internet.

You can read the story from the blogpost there. I turn this site it into a blog like website after it lie dormant for 2 years. Restarted last year and stop again for about 10 months since October 08 and started again this July. Hopefully when you read this post, the position stays. :)

Wow! Google SERP Page 1 - Nothing To shout About lah.

The Screen shot is taken at about 10:31:00 pm 24/07/09. Click here for FullView

So you see, if you are talk into building a website and pay through your nose every month for the service of SEO, you may want to get a second opinion first, for many of the self proclaimed SEO expert (in my opinion) is telling the truth about what they can do for your site promotion but probably not the whole truth!

It always wise to get a second or even third opinion.
